Remote Play Data Deletion

You may request deletion of eligible Kubgix-controlled application data without closing your Remote Play account.
Data you can delete in the app
- Device records: when you remove a device in the device management section of the Profile screen, that device’s record and playback state are deleted.
- Local queue: clearing the queue in the Queue tab deletes the stored copy on the device.
- Apple Music access: you can turn off Remote Play’s Apple Music access in your device settings.
How to request data deletion
- Email info@kubgix.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject Remote Play Data Deletion Request.
- Specify which application data you want deleted.
- We may verify account ownership before deleting eligible data.
Examples of data you can request to delete
- Device records and playback state linked to your account.
- Shared queue, room and session data stored on the server.
- Other application data that is not required to keep the account active.
To delete your entire account, see the Account Deletion page. Uninstalling the app also removes local data from the device.
