You may request deletion of eligible Kubgix-controlled application data without closing your Playlist Sync account.

How to request data deletion

1. Email info@kubgix.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject Playlist Sync Data Deletion Request.
3. Specify which application data you want deleted.
4. We may verify account ownership before deleting eligible data.

Examples of data you can request to delete

• Synchronization or transfer history stored by Kubgix, where applicable.
• Connected-service records that are not required to keep the account active.
• Optional application preferences that can be removed independently.
